With your explicit permission, Teko reads and writes data through Apple HealthKit, including:

• Menstrual cycle data: menstrual flow records and estimated cycle dates
• Workout data: running sessions, steps, distance walked or run, and workout duration
• Heart rate data: heart rate measurements from workouts and general tracking
• Basal body temperature: temperature readings used for cycle phase estimation

Important: Teko only accesses HealthKit data after you grant permission through the iOS Health authorization prompt. You can revoke this access at any time through the Apple Health app settings.
